Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped, not at the moment of ordering.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking code via email once your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return, and 14 days after that to send the item back. Items may be inspected but not used beyond what is necessary to assess them, and should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@layeredliving.nl with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Custom and personalized items
Items that are made to order or personalized to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please check your customization details carefully before completing your order.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights: you remain entitled to a properly working product under EU consumer law.
