The Atelier
Where dark academia meets craft
LayeredLiving began with a fascination for miniature worlds and the stories they tell. Every bookcase, every accessory, every panel of our modular wall systems is designed to evoke the atmosphere of candlelit libraries and forgotten studies.
Each piece is designed from scratch in CAD and 3D-printed in our Dutch atelier - multi-material, in matte black, brushed gold and ivory, with the colour built into the print itself rather than painted on afterwards. Everything is engineered to look right at 1:12 scale, down to the smallest detail.
We believe miniatures deserve the same care as their full-sized inspirations.
